Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. In brief: the site retains very little, most of it remains in your browser rather than on a server, and you may erase it at any time.
Information stored on your device
The site saves a small amount of information locally in your browser: your theme (light or dark) and language preferences, a flag indicating that you have visited before, and — only if you choose to tell Zoe your name — that name, so she can greet you on a later visit. This information remains on your device; it is not transmitted to the site owner, nor can the site owner access it. Clearing your browser data, or selecting “Forget me” in the chat, removes it entirely.
Conversations with Zoe
When you interact with Zoe, the site’s assistant, the messages you send are transmitted to third-party AI services that generate her replies and, in a separate lightweight request, suggest a page that may help you or recognise a name you offer. Conversations are not stored on the site’s servers; they remain only within the current browser session and are discarded when the tab is closed. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
Analytics
The site uses a privacy-focused analytics tool (GoatCounter) that records aggregate page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. It does not record the content of your conversations with Zoe.
What the site does not do
The site does not require accounts or logins, does not use advertising trackers, does not sell or share your data, and does not build a profile of you on any server.
Your choices
All information the site retains is stored on your device and may be removed at any time. Use “Forget me” in the chat window, or clear your browser data.
